"Estuve 5 noches en el W punta Cana, y es el mejor hotel que he ido a Punta Cana de 10 hoteles que he estado, dias antes de ir pense hasta en cancelar por algunos reviews que estaban muy malos, pero tome el riesgo y fui desde el momento que llegue me dieron una habitacion con piscina , super moderna , los tragos que me prepararon en el living room ( Rosa Sol, pisco sour, guava luna etc), estaban de otro nivel, los 3 bar tenders que me atendieron eran excellentes, Fidel fue el que mas nos atendio, los muchachos de animacion muy simpaticos, Giselle, que me atendio en la piscina era un amor, que se me aguaron los ojos en la despedidas porq no hallaba que hacer para contentarnos, la comida era tambien otro highlights , conocimos al jefe de los chefs, un muchacho peruano con tremendo conocimiento culinario, me preparo un Poke con pulpo, tuna y salmon que no olvidare, en los restaurantes de cena comimos delicioso todos los dias , mi favorito due Scena, pedi una langosta demaciada espectacular. Pienso que justamente el hecho de no estar al 100% fue lo que hizo que tuvieramos una mejor calidad en nuestras vacaciones porq el trato fue muy personalizado y no tengan pena y si quieren algo especial ellos de seguro los complacen como nosotros que quisimos un mofongo con chicharrones y no los hicieron sin dudar. Omar y otro jefe de costa Rica, el chef de Peru etc siempre pendiente que si necesitabamos algo se lo dejaramos saber y nos preguntaban todo el tiempo como la estabamos pasando."

"We recently went to Secrets Playa Esmeralda in the Dominican Republic to celebrate a my mothers 70th birthday. My entire family felt completely welcomed and taken care of once we entered the doors. This was our first time visiting the DR, and it turned into a trip we'll never forget. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything from the rooms being spotless with an amazing view. But the beach simply AMAZING! The water crystal clear, just peaceful and beautiful. What really made the experience so special was the staff. But there was one person who made it even more, Stephanie. She was there for us every step of the way. It's hard to put into words just how much love and attention she gave us. She didn't just do her job-she genuinely cared for my entire family. Stephanie made us feel so welcomed, and made us all feel like part of the family. She truly made a big impact on our stay and in our hearts. This family vacation was a beautiful memory. If you're thinking about visiting, do it. This place is stunning, the beach is unreal, and the people make it all worth it. Thank you Stephanie and the entire staff at Secret Playa Esmeralda"

"Goof is great. Room are excellent. Pool is ok, can be better. Lazy river is great. Beach is totally covered withdrawal beach, one cannot swim at all, I understand it is out of the resort control"

"I did not stay at the property that I rent online, the location is not where the owner indicate, is on the opposite side of this town, far away from the beach, on the main road, with not parking facility, Also they say the property was rent to other person and drive me to a near by location. "

"This was an incredible resort. It was not your typical overcrowded corporate resort. It had a boutique feel that we really appreciated. The beach was lovely and we could always find chairs and an umbrella. They also had activities each day that I would recommend attending. Gabriel thought a hat making class that was really neat. (You won’t be able to take the hat back into the U.S. though) We also participated in a cigar rolling class and several drink tastings. They put on shows each night and I would highly recommend the circus night. Be sure to bring bug spray. There are some mosquitoes that come out at night. I would definitely visit again. "
