「Unfortunately the property was not clean. There were flies all around the breakfast area, sitting on and flying around fruits and cheeses. Staff was made aware of this, but they did not bother to cover the fruits or cheeses. The bedding in the room had stains in various places when we walked in. Not recommended unless everything else is booked up and there is no other choice.」

「Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer...

「A high quality hotel in the area with comfy rooms and good shower facilities. Meals were ok, not "great" but adequate. The dinner is quite expensive, but if you don’t want to go out on a super windy night, dining at the hotel restaurant can save you a lot of hassle. Enjoyed our stay, and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It is also close to some of the trials in the area so that’s very nice, too.」

「Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!」

「雖然酒店離巴士站很遠，到埗時會比較不便，但酒店附近有超市和食肆，補給非常方便。 亦非常接近登山步道，對於健行人士來說非常方便。 早餐不錯，房間整潔，接待亦有禮。 離開時亦可在旁邊旅館上巴士回el calafate或機場，整體我們非常滿意。」

「The place is clean and has a nice shower. The breakfast is continental but was the same each day. Could mix it up a bit for people who stay longer than a couple days. There is no housekeeping until you check out if you have a longer stay. The staff are all very helpful at the front desk. 」
