"This was probably our favorite hotel we stayed at during our whole 2-week trip. The property was so quaint and historic, the staff were so nice and helpful, and the views were fantastic! We felt like the only ones there even though the hotel was full. It was a perfect location in the old town, on a really quiet street but just a few minutes to the big plaza. We thought about staying at the parador but were SO thankful we booked here instead, would absolutely recommend!"

"The property is beautiful, historic, and in the most amazing location perched on the edge of cliffs with stunning views all round. Breathtaking. Our room was really spacious and comfortable, with large separate bathroom. We overlooked the square which was quiet once the loud bells stopped for the night!! Very lovely place to stay, although we parked outside the old part in the recommended car park, and had to get a cab in which was a bit of a hassle. However, driving up to the hotel is not recommended as the streets are very narrow and not for the faint hearted or larger car!"

"Incredible. As gorgeous as it looks, the staff is amazing, and the dinner at the restaurant here was the best we had on the entire 3 week trip. Miles and miles of easy walking trails along the river past ancient flour mills. The property is a bit in need of another update, but the price reflects that and could surely be double. Outstanding and an amazing value."

"Parking was easy, secured. No internet available or offered. Office gave us a remote and the air conditioning control that we needed to return. To get daily room cleaning we needed to leave the keys with the front office every day so we didn’t get roo.m cleaning. About 30 minutes outside city but easy to find.bed was hard."
