Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

El hotel impecable, le dan un mantenimiento espectacular que hace que se vea hermoso desde cualquier lado, Tuvimos vista al mar pero a la par una construcción y la maquinaria empezó a trabajar muy temprano entre semana lo cuql habia mucho ruido. El personal en su mayoría muy amable.
