“While the grounds, rooms, and majority of the staff were wonderful, we had a very poor experience at this hotel. Our power went out twice, once for 14 hours during our stay. We were not able to have showers, lights, or use any of the facilities in your room. I told the manager, Abel, about this issue and he did. Nothing, rushing to leave the facility at the end of his shift rather than taking the time so simply flip the breaker for our room and restore power. We communicated our concerns in……

While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however,……

“Our cabin was very nice: clean and comfortable with basic dishes, glasses, silverware, refrigerator, coffee pot, and hot plate. The property is beautiful and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and markets. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. ”
