「My family and I absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we wanted: pool, close to the beach, safe, kitchen and more. It’s a bit small but for our family of 5, we felt it was a nice fit for one night. The host was amazing. Very prompt to respond. He had bottle waters for us and provided coffee and tea for us as well. There was a small issue we came across and we quickly responded to resolve it. Completely recommend!」

「This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment.
Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all.
