「Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. 「We had a nice experience staying here. We chose this location as it was centrally located for all family members to drop by and visit with us. The area was nice and well maintained. I was surprised to find that my childhood preschool was located across the street from the house. It was a pleasant memory to relive. I recommend this location for families. 👍👍」

「It wasn't the worst place in the world, but it was quite far from the best. Definitely subpar. We stayed 4 nights. The overall level of cleanliness was abominable. 「Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable!! Agregamos el servicio del aire acondicionado y es un aire bastante fuerte y sentimos bien ricos en el calor de Managua. Karla, la dueña es super amable, nos llevó en su propio carro a mostarnos la zona y dos dejó en un restaurante. Ella es muy servicial y pendiente de cualquier cosa. 「We stayed 4 nights! We loved that the house had lots of windows, helps to get some air and alliaviate Managua's hot weather. The house was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing I can say it's that the kitchen needs to be better equipped but the host responds really fast to guest request, we needed a blender and in less than 10 minutes Carmen was there with a brand new blender !!!😊. She's awesome!! Definitely will be staying there for future stays in Managua.」
