「We absolutely love this hotel. Very clean, very close to the beautiful Venice beach . They provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The water fill station was great! Didn’t have to buy any water! Breakfast was good, always fresh fruit, pastries , muffins , cereals excellent coffee and different juices. The staff was exceptionally nice and attentive ! Will definately be returning as soon as we can! 5 stars for sure!!!」

「There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors.」

「The room was terrible run down and falling apart. No maintenance was being done and what had been done previously looked to be done by a two year old. (Pitt Bull). At checkin there were only two towels in the room. Air conditioning didn’t keep up with the summer heat. No fan in the living area. Roaches in the kitchen. The bed felt like a pile of rocks. Futon in the living area was broken. Kitchen had a stove but no pans. One fork, two knives and three spoons??? No dish towels or paper towels. No...

「This was below the typical Holiday Inn Express standard. Seemed new and clean enough and breakfast was OK, but also was off. The room had a funky smell. We had to ask for toilet paper since they barely left any in the room upon arrival and did not add any after the first day of cleaning. Then, 2 days later they took the dirty towels and did not give clean ones, so another trip down to the front desk. Check in seemed to have more questions and was longer than most places are now. It was OK,...
