This was the most wonderful hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are some of the best people you will ever meet! Super friendly and kind. The rooms and bathroom are kept very clean. Compared to other hostels this one has a more home like vibe and is a super social place! I hope to come and visit the outpost family again one day!
Good place to visit for partying vacations. It offers nice atmosphere to meet new people. Food and drinks are good and cheap. Only for people in their 20’s-30’s. Good for backpackers.
This is such a friendly, sociable, clean hostel in an amazing location. Staff are all so nice and there’s events every night. Tours are well organised too. Food is very good. 100 pesos for a trike into town. Only downside is we had no Wi-Fi in the rooms.
It is truly an amazing hostel with the most incredible view where you can chill and have a meal BUT they don’t tell you how hard it is to get there with a suitcase. There also has been some mix up with the storage lockers, because they are not numbered my stuff got moved without my knowledge by a member of staff to accommodate another guest, and when I returned from a day tour I found some of my belongings were just lying on the floor and that wasn’t very nice.

Disliked: Staff & service
Be careful of what you can actually get
The hotel cut corners everywhere is possible. Overpriced tour, bad taste and low quality lunch, hidden service charges all the time for every booking although claiming no service charges.
The rooms were good, but they had no wifi. You will have to be in the common area which is not very sufficient.
Also, I don’t drink, and I have stayed in a lot of party hostels before where they don’t care. Here the other guest didn’t care, but the staff apparently did. It’s was very excluding as all their games involved drinking and you won’t allowed to just drink water. Also they tried to force alcohol on me, and was making fun of me every time they saw me, which wasn’t fun at all. I told the others about it and at least the guests are supportive and not harassing like the staff.
Unterkunft bietet sehr guten Service. Bootstouren inkl Getränke, Schnorchel und Drinks täglich buchbar. Abends ist täglich irgendwas los, Bierpong, Spiele etc. Man lernt andere Backpacker schnell kennen. Restaurant direkt im Hostel, lecker und günstig. Zimmer haben Klimaanlagen und waren sauber.
This is a party hostel full of English gap year students.
Don’t stay here if you are a couple or want convenient access to restaurants in town - you will have to pay 100 pesos each way for a dangerous journey on a tricycle. My advice is to stay at Friendz hostel in town.
Great crowd and the staff really made us feel at home. Make sure to get island hopping tours from them as they tailor it a bit to visit the sights when it's less crowded. Overall great experience.
Its a great hostel with lovely sunset views. Fab, friendly staff. Fun evening entertainment, but the bar does close at 10.30. Its 100 peso via tuc tuc to the town
Hands down the nicest hostel and location to stay at in El Nido. I checked in around sunset and the place was buzzing, with its gorgeous beachfront location and fun mix of guests (not only 20year olds). I’d give this place 5 stars if not for two reasons:
- beds should have curtains, as the rooms are really small and barely give any privacy
- the Filipino staff were amongst the nicest and funniest I ve come across, however, they employ some Western temp staff (your typical 20-something English lad with no life plan). These guys just bring a wrong vibe to the place, only really appealing to your 18-25 female Australians.
We stayed 2 nights in a private room
Pros: Room was clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, nice view from the main seating area right on the beach
Cons: Poor value - expensive for what you get, the 2nd night our Aircon didn't work at all despite adequate power for lights and fan,
far from town (trike is 100php to town), most expensive beer I've seen after 1 month in the phillipines, this all took away from "cool Hostel vibes" for us
Clean room with a really comfortable bed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We did two boat tours organised by the hostel which were so much fun. Great place to meet new people and have some good food.
