The bedroom includes a queen bed, desk, closet, blackout curtains, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Stay comfortable with mini-split AC and heating. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, and microwave. Shared laundry with Unit 4. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle.

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a bright open-concept layout. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, while the two-seat breakfast bar and four-person dining area by the window make mealtime a delight.
The living area offers cozy armchairs and a 58" Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated workspace set up by the window, providing natural light and a great view.
Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the sights of the courtyard, city, and mountains in the distance, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wind-down!
The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet, dresser, blackout curtains, and ceiling fan to ensure restful sleep. Inside the bedroom, your private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and the initial starter pack.
Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry room! The washer and dryer are located right next to the patio and are available for you to use free of charge. Please note that this laundry area is a shared space with guests in Unit 4.
Step outside to the shared patio where you can fire up the grill, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, or relax at the picnic table!
Please kindly note: Our TVs come with streaming apps installed, but guests will need to log in using their own personal accounts.

Rental Application Qualification Guidelines
To ensure the highest standards in our rental community, we have established the following qualification criteria for all applicants:
Identification and Social Security: Applicants must provide current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Income Requirements: Monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount. All income sources must be verifiable, as unverified income cannot be considered.
Credit and Legal History:
Applicants must not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
A responsible financial history is essential, with a required credit score of at least 600.
Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18, which must reflect a pattern of responsibility.
Guest Identification Requirement:
For security and compliance purposes, all guests over the age of 18 staying for the full duration of the reservation must provide a valid photo ID and email address to the host prior to check-in. This information is required to send and sign the Innkeeper Guest License Agreement. Failure to provide the requested information may result in cancellation of the reservation or denial of access to the unit until all required documentation is completed.
Non-Smoking Policy: All applicants must be non-smokers.
Occupancy Limit: Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom.
Lease Term: Minimum lease term is 1 month.
Additional Security Measures: If an applicant does not meet one or more of the above criteria, the landlord may, at their discretion, require compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or a co-signer (guarantor) for qualification.
Selection Process: In cases of multiple applicants, tenancy will be offered to the most qualified individual(s) based on these criteria.
