I always thought La Quinta was a decent hotel. They advertised a breakfast but when I went to eat the coffee machine was broken and the only items available were cold cereal and make it yourself waffles. Quite a few other people were there and disappointed about the coffee. The maids never showed up to clean the room or change the sheets. Very disappointing! Plus no landline in the room. Toilet didn’t flush properly and room smelled of cigarette. I would not recommend this hotel.

I used to stay here before, but this hotel has gone down tremendously. The room had a moldy stench, there were spits on tile looked like blood, got up at 6am for coffee in lobby and no coffee available and no one at front desk. Last time staying here.

I booked a hotel room online that was supposed to be smoke-free, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels in the room also smelled like smoke. The bathroom door was peeling paint and the flooring in the room was uneven. In fact, I noticed that the stairs leading to the front office were falling apart and posed a safety hazard. I had to ask for my room keys to be reactivated several times and the bathtub was dirty with orange stains. There were also spots on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up from previous guests. Additionally, my fiancé found pieces of old food left near the bed. I had to request housekeeping the night before which wasn't very convenient. However, the workers at the front office were polite.
