Horrible place. The pool was bright GREEN. The rooms were riddled with stains, burnholes, and visible handprints all over the window and headboards. Not to mention the hundreds of Pigeons living on each of the balconies, I was bombarded by 4 pigeons when I walked out onto the balcony. My room was PUNGENT with cleaning supplies that barely masked the smoking smell. Got a sore throat and migraine within 30 minutes of being there and only got relief when standing outside in the “hallway”. Of my party we had 5 rooms rented out, and they were all horrible.

Room was disgusting. Ash holes in every linen. Unrecognizable body fullyids dried to the bedding, nightstand, and walls. Had to book a different hotel as I couldn't even spend a night there. Was also denied a refund.

I’m shocked this is a Choice brand hotel. You expect certain standards to be upheld as part of a national flag but they were not upheld in our room. Basic maintenance was lacking. The toilet paper dispenser was barely hanging onto the wall. I could have pulled it out if I wanted to. Stains in the bathtub- not sure if it was from hard water or if it just wasn’t clean. Microwave didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work. No Kleenex. No washcloths. The extra door lock (not sure what it’s called, the silver thing) was loose and not effective. Woke up at 3am to find roaches on the wall in the bathroom. Woke up at 7 am to find a huge roach dying on the middle of the bedroom floor. On the bright side, it was cheap and my car wasn’t stolen. I just wish I had been aware of the condition of the hotel before booking-but then I wouldn’t have booked here. There was a sign at the checkout desk that said “no refunds”. That was my first red flag. There is “not fancy but clean and maintained” or “not fancy, barely clean, falling apart”-this hotel was the later.

solo habia cafe y pan de rebanada para tostar, no vimos fruta o algun otro alimento, hubo que insistirle a la recepcionista, por aquello de las 7 am, para nos permitiera el acceso al comedor, haciendolo de un modo poco amable, en lo que respecta las instalaciones, estan descuidadas, sucias, puertas despintadas, con un aspecto desagradable, los pasillos, parecia que les habian quitado las alfombras y quedaron manchados, con apariencia de pegamento viejo y pisoteado, la habitacion estuvo medianamente bien, aunque la regadera no podemos decir lo mismo, pues las manijas para el control del agua casi se salian de la pared y se batallo para poder usarla; el personal muestra cierta indiferencia y desgano en la atencion, nos proporcionaron una clave de WIFI y nunca pudimos lograr la conexion, marcaba error en cada intento. tome algunas fotos como evidencias, pero no veo opcion para compartirlas, sera en otra ocasion.
