Studio Madalena at the Best Location in Town !!!

Beautiful studio in the heart of Kern. Walking distance to enjoy some of the most iconic Restaurants and Bars in the Cincinnati Ave. 4 minutes walking to the Madeline Park, the most beautiful park in El Paso. Easy access to freeway (I-10) and 1/2 mile close to University of Texas at El Paso. Providence and Las Palmas Hospital are within a mile away. Walking distance to the Bus and Tram stops to Downtown in 5 min. All the amenities included, independent keyless entrance, private patio, Netflix.
The space
The studio size is 365 ft2, the Patio is 320 ft2, both areas just for you!
Guest access
You will have independent access to the studio with a smart lock door. You may park up to two cars in front of the property. Don´t worry your are in one of the safest neighborhoods of El Paso, Tx.
