Villa was in excellent condition and had all the facilities required and more, both inside and out. It is located in a very nice, quiet area. The service provided by Family Villa rentals from beginning to end couldn't have been any better. They dealt with any query straight away, before our holiday and during it. We would definitely stay there and use Family Villa Rentals again. One very minor comment was regarding the beds. The beds weren't the comfiest, especially downstairs and the single beds upstairs. This is generally the case with a lot of rentals so it wouldn't stop us returning to this villa.

Super Villa

Wir waren mit 11 Erwachsenen und einem Hund in der Villa. Zwar gibt es genügend Betten aber bei dieser Konstellation haben mindestens zwei Paare keine Privatsphäre. Die Villa selbst ist etwas abgewohnt aber wirklich toll. Bis zum Strand sind es 6-8 km, ohne Fahrzeug geht hier nichts. Wenn man all dies bedenkt ist das Kosten/Nutzenverhältnis sehr gut. Der Ort incl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Gadtronomie ist einfach aber total authentisch und lecker. Unsere Glutenallergiker hatten keine Probleme.

Leuke woning

Het was een super leuk verblijf. Alleen bij het aankomen was het even verschieten. De foto's van de advertentie zijn toch iets overweldigende dan de werkelijkheid. Voor de rest een zeer leuke accomodatie en de buurt is ook heel aangenaam.

Very nice property and location

Just spent a week in El Perello and enjoyed it very much. Clean house and as descriped, but the yard and the pool area was the best! We loved it. And the location is very good. Short walk to several resraurants to el Perello village. And Spar near by. Beaches also close. A small hint to owners: a little welcoming wine/ water in the fridge would be a great thing for visitors arriving. :)

Aucune Communication avec Abritel

A part payer des frais avec Abritel pour le séjour, je ne trouve pas normal de devoir passer par une autre agence espagnole. Concernant la villa, elle est bien mais l’entretien est mal fait, nous avons dû nettoyer le filtre de la climatisation de la chambre qui était dans un état pitoyable. Et la VMC dans la salle de bain sans fenêtre ne marche plus, toujours humide. Quand aux barbecues aux charbons, ils sont mal placés et aucune place pour poser les plats.

Séjour très agréable

La villa a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. Le gérant est disponible et si répondre à nos interrogations (que en anglais ou espagnol). La description devrait cependant être réactualisé car elle ne correspond pas a 100% a la réalité... Mais rien qui a terni notre séjour (pas de Xbox, suite familiale pas de place piur quatre mais trois etc...) Je recommande vivement cette villa qui nous a permis de passer un super séjour. Merci Martin and Co pour votre disponibilité. 💖
