Can Cosme, with a total of 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, is configured by three connected houses located within the same villa, ideal to enjoy the benefits of traveling together while maintaining privacy thanks to the independence of the 3 houses areas. A perfect choice for families or groups of friends who value autonomy and want to travel in a group.
It is not allowed to rent the Villa to groups of young people under 28 years of age.
Upon entering the Villa, you will find the first house where 10 people sleep, distributed in 4 double rooms: two rooms with double beds and two double rooms with single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
The first house is completed with its own living room with interior dining room, a fully equipped kitchen independent from the living room with all the comforts and extras, which include: Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer hob, etc. This house finishes its configuration with two bathrooms, the first on this same level and the second at the level of the outdoor pool. The two bathrooms are fully designed to offer maximum comfort, include clean towels, hair dryer, gel, and shower at ground level.
With its own private entrance, the second home of the villa has capacity for 4 people in two double rooms: one double room with double bed and one double room with two single beds, again this house also has its own dinning room equipped with a large dinning table that fits up to 22 people.
The second home sets itself on two levels (like a duplex). Upstairs the master bedroom with double bed has its own private balcony to enjoy the views of the pool.This would be a great space to soak up the morning sun or enjoy cocktails at sunset. Also on the same level there is another interior room equipped with two beds and a separate toilet. On the ground floor is the dinning lounge equipped with a double dinning table & television. Outside the dinning room is the kitchen of the second home and a full bathroom.
The third house has capacity for 8 more people, it is located above the second house in the attic. The attic has 4 double bedrooms and the 4th bathroom. Finally, the attic is equipped with it's own kitchen and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The three houses together with the outdoor area and the pool offer more than 400m2 of leisure and relaxation. Both the pool and the barbecue area are closed for greater tranquility if you are traveling with children or elderly people.
FEES
On the day of arrival the tourist tax will be collected in cash in euros = € 1,20 per adult per night. Children under 16 years of age are excluded from this tax.
Common areas
The exterior of the split-level villa is particularly impressive, surrounded by nature and spectacular mountain views. The pool level is surrounded by a large paved terrace, complete with loungers and a slide. Upstairs, the barbecue area is located on the ground floor of the first house. With a covered outdoor dining table, this is a great place to enjoy a late lunch with your family or friends until the sun goes down.
Bed linen and towels are included. WIFI available throughout the villa. Free parking available on the street.

SERVICES
We offer early check-in and late check-out service whenever the calendar permits and upon request for an extra cost of 75 €.
*Early check-in will be at 10 AM and late check-out will be at 18h pm.
Baby cots are available at an extra cost of 20€ per cot per stay.
Pets are allowed for an extra charge of €20 per pet per stay.
We offer a linen and towel change service for an extra cost of 210 €.
We offer catering service by reservation. Price of BBQ Menu - 27 € per person.
All services are upon reservation and will be paid on arrival in euros in cash.
