Location: El Puerto is situated across the bay from Cádiz, very quiet, about 5 min/10 min by car/bicycle from endless sandy beaches and about 20 km from Jerez airport.

Semi-detached house (Am.: duplex): Situated in a 250 m² garden with 30 m² terrace, own parking
Ground floor: Sitting room with table for 6 and access to terrace, aisle, WC
First floor: 3 sleeping rooms, 2 baths, terrace

Surroundings: Green, 2/7 min by feet from restaurants and supermarkets

This place is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac without any traffic in quiet and green surroundings. It disposes of a 250 m2 garden with private parking and a cosy and comfortable partly covered veranda of >30 m2 of south-orientation. Two additional large awnings provide for shade as and when needed. The ideal place to relax, read or to have breakfast, supper or dinner.

The ground floor has a corridor, WC, fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with direct access to the veranda and a dining table for 6. The first floor has two bedrooms which share a bathroom and a master bedroom with private bathroom and terrace.

The house offers everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable time whether a few days, a week or a month enjoying the special climate of the bay of Cádiz with its sun and wind which rarely lets temperatures exceed the lower thirties - even in midsummer. Should you like it a little cooler there is air-condition in the living room as well as in all bed rooms.

Full information and guides are available to lead you to the best beaches, restaurants, leisure activities in the province of Cádiz. And there is lots to discover besides the beaches: the famous white villages, the golf court, bodegas, the saltwater park and the towns of Jeréz and Cádiz, a regular stop-over for many a large cruise liner.

The house is situated in the Urbanización La Torre in El Puerto de Sta. Maria between Vistahermosa and Aguila. Despite being well connected by private as well as public transportation and offering all the infrastructure for the daily life (coffee bar, hairdresser, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, ice parlors, bookstands, shops of all sorts) it is a peaceful and quiet area. The closest sand beach is 5 minutes away by car and less than 10 minutes by bicycle with alternative beaches not much farther away.

Casa perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones en El Puerto

Muy bien ubicada, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y familiar. Perfect place to stay

Excellent hosts and a fantastic property in a lovely part of Spain, I thoroughly recommend it, we had an amazing and relaxing holiday. The garden at the villa was so lovely with great garden furniture a bbq and even bikes. The local beaches and restaurants were really, really lovely and the bus and taxi service also very good. We hope to return.

Large house with garden

The house is comfortable and very clean, it has very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside space is very green and offer a second dining room. The 2 terraces on the second and third floors have nice views. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and so was the house keeper. We loved our stay although we were a little far from the ferry to Cadix. Thank you Franz and a special gracias to Maria. H&D

Das Haus befindet sich in einer angenehmen Wohngegend, ist wirklich sehr gemütlich, blitzsauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist bestens, es gibt außerdem flauschige Handtücher wie im Hotel und zwei Fahrräder, mit denen man schnell die schönen Strände erreichen kann. Der einladende Garten und die Terrassen bieten gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für alle Tageszeiten. Mit zwei Supermärkten und einer netten kleinen Bar in der Nähe ist man gut versorgt. Im Haus gibt es eine ausführliche Anleitung mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht!

Beautiful home in a great location

We stayed for about 3 weeks in June. A great spot that has easy access to the town and the beaches. Quiet in the evenings but close to all the action you could want in Puerto Santa Maria. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. A great home at a great price.

Very comfortable and well equiped house in a nice tranquil location.

My wife and I spent a month here in November and had a most relaxing time. We had our grandchildren staying at weekends and they loved the garden (and stairs up to the bedrooms) . There are several supermarkets and cafe bars near by, the beach is beautiful and the old town is enchanting. We discovered that the bus leaves from just around the corner and costs only 1.20 so we used it several times as it was so handy to go downtown. Holiday was first class and great to be so near our family.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Sehr schönes und gemütliches, modern und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten gibt es einen sehr gemütlichen Außenbereich mit viel Platz. Schön auch, dass zwei Fahrräder da sind, mit denen man gut zum Strand und in die Innenstadt kommt. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Dia in gut 100 m Entfernung) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und wir haben bereits im Vorfeld hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, alles im Haus wurde erklärt, zudem liegt ein "Haus-Führer" parat, dem man alles Wichtige zum Haus und zur Umgebung (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Unternehmungstipps etc.) entnehmen kann. Zudem war das Haus absolut sauber. Großes Lob an die Gastgeber - wir haben uns im Haus und in El Puerto sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely holidays in Cadiz!

A perfect weekend in "Casita Roja". It is charming, quiet, green, comfortable.. anything you need to relax and enjoy, the sort of where you immediately feel at home. The large veranda is exquisite for stretching into the comfortable sofa or armchairs in the shade or sun as you prefer. The interior has been decorated with great taste and it offers all you need whether for a short stay or an extended one of a few weeks. The location is very good: precious beaches are only a few minutes away by car or bike and walking around the house we discovered a wonderful little cafe to have breakfast or tapas with right next to it a fitness studio. More restaurants, bookstand, banks, pharmacy etc. Many thanks to Pilar! she is really helpful and kind! To be repeated!
