「Clean room」

「The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project, the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.」

「The view is stunning! The room is well stocked, clean and very peaceful. Directions to get to the place were extremely helpful and on point.」

「beautiful view」

「the room is big and clean. one of the service dose not famillar with the booking system so we spend much time for checking in.」

「This was such a gorgeous and perfectly appointed room, I wish I had arrived earlier to watch the sunset from the glorious patio looking west and was able to enjoy the property before I left. I will absolutely be back!」

「The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

「The setup was basic but served its purpose well.」

「Beautiful property - loved the extra touches like the fire, starter and firewood in our room music player with Bluetooth, snacks, beautifully furnished, nice patio, and pet friendly」

「Very clean & cozy studio, with kitchenette.Only issue we had was the hot tub was mis represented to us. The hot tub is presented as you can use it if the guests in the main house are not using it, you may then use the hot tub. After going out & purchasing suits for my husband & I. We were then notified 2 days later that we could not use it due to guests in main house only wanting to use hot tub exclusively.I believe the host should of followed her representation as what was advertised on VRBO.」

「Our stay at The Grand Hacienda was nothing short of amazing! The adventure starts right when you book your stay and you get the directions to your private oasis off of the beaten path. Just finding it was a blast. The hosts Carolyn and Tom are both amazing, and have spared no attention to detail at their bed and breakfast. They are great people to talk to, and they are more than accommodating. My wife and I went there for our ten year anniversary, and we plan on going back in the future. We took...
