“This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties……

“Posto onesto e semplice. Se ti serve una camera doppia per 1/2 notti e' perfetto. Su Expedia ho trovato il prezzo più basso. La camera ha un letto comodo un appendiabiti artigianale e un tavolo pieghevole con una sedia. La finestra da sull'interno ma si può chiudere con la tenda per la privacy, ci sono due ragazze che lavorano facendo check in e pulendo le camere, onore a loro. I bagni maschili erano puliti ma serve qualche intervento di sostituzione o pulizia del telefono delle docce. Sul tetto……

The staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in time and everyone there should be recommended for their level of professionalism and courtesy and making us feel very welcome. “Well located with easy access to what most people would like to do on a first trip to Tenerife. The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The staff were all helpful and accommodating and we appreciated their help. Good solid choice. ”
