「The room was very disappointing- tiny, no window, and glass see through flooring (very claustrophobic). These room characteristics had to be properly explained on the website. The check in was difficult, as the text said the staff is available only until 4pm, and they didn't respond to messages asking for later check in. Texts about bad room were also ignored. The only good part was the service was nice.」

「The spliced in DIY electrical in the bathroom and above the entry door was plain dangerous.The pictures in the ad are no longer accurate as there has been additional "decorating" with creative paint techniques since those were taken. The bathroom door jamb was pulled apart and moldy and I was not comfortable taking a shower as it had mold in the caulking with peeling paint. The external high ratings that I had taken into consideration when selecting the property could not possibly have been from...
