「Booked this as a last minute mini spring break vacation and absolutely loved it. Will visit again. Cabin was adorable, clean and very well kept. Hammock chairs under cabin were the highlight of the trip. Found some games in the coffee table and it was nice to teach my son games that did not involve electronics. Bathhouse was very close by and exceptionally clean and well stocked. Shower was amazing. Puppy had a great time walking the trail with us. Easy drive to Whitewater State Park.」

「It's a very interesting place, making a unique niche for itself. 」

「Great location. Close to the park, bars, restaurants, and a gas station. World class trout fishing within minutes. Covered deck is a game changer on a rainy afternoon. We will be back every year! 」

「Smoking smell in the room. First thing I see as I walk in is a roach on the floor. The bath tub also had a roach, once I washed that down the drain ants started to crawl out of the drain. Several more roaches were found during my stay.」

「Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making...

「This is a very interesting, well-maintained home. There are fine decorating details appropriate to this vintage home. There are many items for guest comfort.」

「Wonderful spot to chill. Common outdoor area had bags, fire pits, grills. Nice spot to meet and chat with other guests. Loved being able to just walk to dock and fish. Super relaxing and peaceful spot to stay.」

「The cabin was adorable. Greg was great! The cabin was spotless. Great water pressure. It rained and it was lovely with the tin roof:) The tv reception was good and the wi - fi was great. Loved it!」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Crane Cabin. It was very cozy and had all the things we needed. Communication with Host was great. We will definitely stay another time.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was beautiful and the property charming and a great view of the river. Really great location to run along the river if you are a runner!」

「We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the screened in porch. Spent a lot of time sitting at the table in the screened in porch playing cards.」

「Nice clean property and friendly hosts. My only reason for. GOOD rating is my misunderstanding of the layout, we were up stairs and the living area downstairs. Not keen on stairs at our age. The thermostat was owned controlled and not located in our lodging area so things heated up during the day making it uncomfortable in the evenings. The owners did provide fans. I would recommend ceiling fans and maybe some split air units.」

「We travel in September so it was quiet. Lots of biking available. Great courtyard with lots of activity. Restaurant close by. Beautiful weather. Very relaxing. Wonderful chairs to relax in. 」

「A charming place to stay with a spacious primary bedroom, laundry room, and living areas. The backyard patio is a perfect place for a morning coffee and a quiet evening. We would definitely rebook on our next visit.」
