“The owners are super friendly and helped with everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Breakfast was delicious and different everyday, our view was amazing, and location was phenomenal! Our excursions were 10 meters walk from where we were and I cannot recommend this place more for your stay in Berat!”

The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing. - There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water. - The room itself was nice, but very cold.
