“A beautifully located home with smoke space and comfortable gathering places got all ages. Comfortably warm on a winters weekend. At the foothills of Mount Marlay and walking distance to town...yet felt like we were isolated from others as it was such a quiet neighbourhood. Thoughtfully renovated and will be beautiful when kitchen gets a freshen up.We enjoyed the games room, speakers thoughtfully placed for music and the ambience that night time brought with a backyard fire pit. “Beautiful studio granny flat. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. However, when booked (10months), there was a sofa bed, and when we arrived it had been broken by a previous holiday maker and not replaced. However, owners supplied a double self-inflating mattress which worked too.”

Our stay in Stanthorpe was relaxing, rejuvenating, and an opportunity for our family to reconnect after the rigours of a semester of schooling and work. Although visiting in the winter months, we were nevertheless able to enjoy the outdoor spa and sauna during the day, sitting on the front lawn and stargazing at night, and huddling in front of the fireplace once we were done with both.
