「Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. 「The hotel, location, staff, facilities and services were all first class for our two night stay, as should be expected at a five star. Our room in the Auld Hoose, was exceptional, with complimentary mini bar and snacks, full satellite TV, roll top bath and beautiful furnishings. 「Old but the room is clean. There was some trouble when checking in, due to a system failure either of Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Fortunately, the receptionist was very patient, and helped us check in despite all the difficulties. 」
