“Secure and comfortable setting. Except for the wifi not working for the majority of the time which means no TV and not able to use my phone. Otherwise it was ok”

“I booked this property and the night before I received a regret message basically telling me that the booking was cancelled for unforeseen circumstances. Then stated I would be booked to an equally "similar unit." Long story short I fail for the scam. I agreed and was booked in a place that had nets flying around, no hot water, sliding door to balcony was shattered and I was charged a cleaning fee and service fee so the cost went up $235 more! The place wasn't even clean my socks were filthy……
