We wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool was under maintenance. We entered the elevator to get to our room and it was filthy: food, dirt and who knows what else! Our bathroom had no washcloths or hand towels. The front panel of the vanity was off and leaning against the bathroom wall exposing the pipes under the sink. The toilet paper holder was installed backwards so every time the toilet paper was used the roll fell on the floor. The shower curtain was too short which caused the floor to flood when you took a shower. The tub plug leaked and I had to keep running the water to keep the tub filled with water. I had to go under the vanity to retrieve a bath toy and found a panty liner wrapped in toilet paper that was obviously there from previous guests - disgusting! The sofa bed was like sleeping on springs and there was debri and crumbs under the sofa. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. I believe only one ice machine in the hotel worked. The laundry area also had out of order on machines. Fixing and maintaining equipment did not seem to be a priority. Staff were unwelcoming and seemed put off when asked for items that should have been supplied before our arrival. Terrible stay and we will not return.

None of the ice machines worked and were leaking. Mold was starting to grow on the wall and there was an awful smell. I talked with front desk about no lights in the parking lot on our arrival and that was never fixed.

The room had been recently updated and we were initially pleased until we discovered my sister’s room next door was in the process of being renovated. She was given a room not too far from ours and we were satisfied until we began smelling fumes from the sealer being used on the room next door at around 6 pm. The smell was so strong I had to put a towel under the door and open the window a crack to help keep the smell out of the room. I called the front desk and they came up and asked the contractor to stop for the night. We heard raised voices when this happened and my husband said he could tell by the contractor’s body language as he was leaving that he was not happy about having to stop. The renovations continued the two evenings we stayed and the fumes were present the whole time.

There was urine on toilet when we checked in and hairs all over the bathroom. I wqs not able to bring my wife breakfast to the room while she was getting ready, the front desk yelled at me. There was no hot water for me on 4 of 5 mornings. Housekeeping only came once in 5 days and we had to ask for it, other than when housekeeping pounded on our door twoce loudly when we had the do not disturb sign out 20 mins before checkout
