"Continental breakfast was good ,just the waitress was not a people person / or not a morning person who as quite abrupt and non communicative, girl at the check-in desk was lovely "

"Cabin we stayed in is old. Shower barely had any pressure at all. Cabin was clean. Bed was comfy. Couch not so much. Good amenities in the cabin… microwave. Utensils and cooking stuff. Washing machine with powder supplied. Good fridge freezer. What really ruined it for us was the noisy neighbours. No chance of a sleep in. Kids yelling. People talking very loud. Sounded like they were dragging furniture around. Kids running up and down the cabin like baby elephants. All this from 0630. "

"The stand in manager booked us in well and was very helpful and friendly. The room was very large and had everything we needed. When we went to cook our food on the first evening we found that the pan and colander were still dirty. There was an old bottle behind the fridge which had not been picked up and there was dust behind the units so this was a bit of a down side. We told the manager and she said she would keep an eye on it. Overall we had a good stay in Hervey Bay with everything on our doorstep. Shops and bars etc. The pool area was lovely. Pool was lovely and warm. The motel could definitely do with a bit of tender loving care and could be really nice."

"Staff were so kind and accommodating. Upon seeing our group make up, they recommended a bigger room so that we’d be more comfortable. This is directly across from the beach. There was laundry on site, which was very helpful during our overnight and we were able to walk to go eat. "
