Absolutely Amazing Sunsets, Water Views and a variety of Exotic Birds! A Spacious and Comfortable Living area with a Big Screen TV, Large Table, Loveseat and Couch. NOT a FULL Kitchen…. BUT…ALMOST!!😊 We have a a Keurig Coffee Station, (coffee, creamer and spring water), Refrigerator and Freezer! SupplylllPlates and Heavy Duty Disposable Plates. Coffee Mugs, Cups and Various Kitchen Cooking Utensils. There is also a Toaster Oven and a Regular Toaster. You have A Large Furnished Balcony overlooking the Water with a Gas Grill with a Side Burner, Large Table with an Umbrella and Extra Chairs! Great Place for a Sunset Dinner!! Also you will have a Dish Washing Bucket, Dish Towels, Dish Soap and plenty of Paper Towels. You have EXCLUSIVE use of the very RARE Double Dock (with a Double Swing over the Water), and the entire Waterfront backyard with a Fire Pit and ALL the Firewood you can imagine! 😄
Two Large Bedrooms. One has a Queen Bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. Both Rooms have two large closets with extra Blankets and Linens! The Entire Separated Side of our Home is Your Apartment. You have Your Own Separate Entrance and Exit!
Just as a Note: We have entertained Wedding Parties and had Photography Sessions here on several occasions. ❤️ The Sunset is the Most Amazing Here October through March. It is DIRECTLY behind us around Christmas! 🎄 It is ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! The WATER VIEW is ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL!! On another note….
I would like to mention to my guests that at times the WiFi can be a bit slow and the cell service may be a bit spotty. This is the price we pay for all the Peace and Quiet and BEAUTY we get from being a bit away from it all😊. It is DEFINITELY worth it and our Many Many Guests have agreed. We have way over 100 WONDERFUL Reviews on another Popular website and have become a SUPER HOST! 🤩. Just started listing on VRBO! 👍🏼. So Very GRATEFUL to be able to share this Precious GIFT of BEAUTY with such wonderful People! 😇

View is incredible! We saw dolphins, eagles, all sorts of birds and turtles. The location is walkable with a beautiful spanish-moss lined road. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable.The space itself could use a deep clean and maintenance, as could the dock.

Incredible water views

Amazing place, however, directions for parking are incorrect, no lighting as l checked in about 8:30pm and it was very dark, unclear directions to entrance. Overall great stay.

Lovely apartment

We were in North Carolina to check on my elderly mother in law with dementia. It was such a difficult situation and coming back to Kristin’s place really helped us relax for at least part of the trip. The apartment was so cute and the view was amazing. We got back ever evening just in time for sunset! Kristin was available at all times. We will definitely stay here again.
