「The waterfront view and peaceful front deck and yard was great! The early mornings and evenings on the Adirondack chairs were the highlights of the cottage - watching the water fowls and ospreys roaming the sky. Tucked away enough to not hear the road noise. The loft is for nimble folks, bunk beds are great for little kids but a bit small for teens. Grilling was easy with all the tools needed. The IKEA induction stove kept the cottage from heating up during meal times. Outdoor shower was nice....

「We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. 「This is a lovely property for a family beach vacation! The property has a wonderful view of the ocean, easy access to a beach, and is close to many great restaurants and things to do. Our host was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend. 」

「This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial...

「We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family including my 3 grandchildren ages 8, 5 and 3. The fenced in backyard with the pool was beautiful. The quiet dead end street made riding bikes a breeze and very safe for the kids. The neighbors were lovely and we created some incredible memories! My daughter lives in Mashpee and it was a 5 minute drive to her house. It was truly perfect!」

I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again.
