Yes, we are new to VRBO, however, we are not new to the hospitality industry!

We want to you to have a wonderful stay while you're here, and we want to make it as welcoming as we possibly can. Unfortunately, past experiences have led us to implement a rental agreement. So, we do have a few policies in place to help insure your stay is as perfect as it can be, and our investment last for years to come. We truly appreciate your understanding.


Please Note:

This is a working ranch and we live on the property in the main house. We give our guests space, but you will see us riding, working cattle, giving lessons, tending to the animals, coming or going. The Bunkhouse is an apartment attached to the barn. It is located next to the office.
We do have 2 working cattle dogs, Sage and Six. They are very friendly. However, they are free range, as they could be called to work at a moments notice.

PET POLICY
We want your stay to be welcoming and inviting. We do have a few rules to follow.

- We are Dog friendly on a case by case basis (must be disclosed upon booking by messaging host)
-$35/night per pet w/$300 monthly cap. Pet owners are responsible for any damages.
- Dogs must remain on a leash when outside.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture
- Dogs must be house trained and well-behaved.
- Please clean up after your dog.
- No dogs left unattended.

We offer horse boarding at an additional cost ($45 per horse). Please request upon booking to make sure we have enough occupancy. If you're bringing a horse, we will provide you with a waiver upon arrival.
