「We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! 「This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in. Even though it was dog friendly, it smelled clean. The staff were so friendly and always cleaning something. 「Staff was friendly when I checked in. I don’t necessarily stay at hotels to watch TV but background noise is nice. The TV did not work and they said they couldn’t fix it until Monday. I was told checkout time was at noon which I thought was great since I was only staying 1 night and could sleep in. Twice the cleaning person tried to come in the room while I was still sleeping. So much for sleeping in. You would think that if someone was only staying 1 night, you would wait until the checked out...
