For the price, the place was quite nice. The only drawback was the noise. The traffic outside was loud, and the walls seemed very thin. I could hear neighbors' discussions.

Our 3 queen beds room at the Days Inn in Elko was very nice. The room was clean with nice mattress, bedding, like new carpet and drapes. The bathroom was good with tile flooring and tub/ shower combo. Kelly was very nice at the front reception. Breakfast area is very small as well as the selection but we made due with what they had. It is an older motel along the business route 80 (lots of road noise)with updated rooms if they are like the one we had.

The Days Inn was the perfect spot for a one night layover on our road trip. It is located right across the street from the Northeast Nevada Museum, which was a great surprise. We spent two hours there the next morning after our stay. The bed was really comfortable. The little cafe table in the room was a great spot to have coffee or snacks. Although there was traffic noise and the card keys were inconsistently working, we had a good stay. The staff was very friendly. Starbucks and Albertsons are nearby. There was a Basque restaurant right next door as well.

An old fashioned hotel recently under new ownership. They are in the process of renovating it. It was clean and comfortable. The manager was very helpful. She gave me a room, but the keys wouldn't work, so she switched my room without issue. There's a bit of noise if someone is above you, but it didn't keep me awake. I liked this little place.
