「My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. 」

「The four of us siblings and spouses came from CA, CO, and MT to visit our brother in the Veteran's Home. The location of the house made our trips back and forth easy. The house was homey and roomy. Very nice deck and neighborhood. We would definitely like to stay here if we come back next Fall.」
