This newly constructed home features a luxurious great room that boasts a ledge stone gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and soaring 25 ft ceilings. Just off the great room is a private entertainment patio with outdoor dining for 8 and a fantastic gas fire pit.

The well-stocked Chef’s Kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops with seating for 4 at the large center island. The adjacent dining room table seats 8 comfortably. You’ll have all the essentials you’ll need to have a fantastic in-home dining experience!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a queen bed and an attached private bath with a large tile shower, and dual sinks.

This is an ideal getaway for 2 families or up to 6 adults. There is sleeping room for 9 including the Hide-a-Bed. The central location of the cabin in Suncadia’s newest golf course community, Miner’s Camp, makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting! Walk to golf at the award winning Prospector's Golf Course, or take a short 1/2 mile drive through the resort to enjoy Suncadia's newest public course, Rope Rider!

For larger groups you can rent Pine Breeze next door and have two side-by-side 3 Bedroom homes!

You will not be charged a nightly $80+ "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **
