Room was clean, headboard could use restored and walls could use a few paint touch ups. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good at Perkins. Coffee in lobby is tasty.

Adorable little house, in a beautifully maintained neighborhood. Checkin went fine, however when we returned on the 2nd day, we had issues with the front door knob. Locking mechanism was fine, but door would not open. We spent about 20 minutes, with 3 different people attempting to get into the house ...
