「For a long weekend trip where we spent most of our time exploring, this was a great home base. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Heat worked great and the blackout curtains were a big plus (we went the weekend of the time change and this was much appreciated).I hesitate to provide much in the way of negative feedback because it didn't really bother or inconvenience us, but some things were a bit chintzy: the adhesive TP holder and towel hooks failed multiple times, but...

「Green acres is such a gem in the cute town of Floyd! Surprised it was not full to the gills. Bruce the owner was kind and very accommodating. The pond was such a wonderful gift to escape from the heat stocked full of paddle boards and kayaks. The spring fed pond was full of nature. 「This place was great for our needs! It had three separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, making it ideal for a group or family. Access was generally easy, though it may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The front door was a bit tricky—it required a firm push to open. There was a slight cat odor, possibly from a previous guest, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here...
