“Hosts are friendly and a joy to talk to. They kindly left a ice cream, a gift t-shirt, snacks, water bottles and coffee. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Extra supplies. Safe neighborhood, fenced yard to store bikes. Power for the e-bike. Can ride 20 minutes to downtown or jump on trail in 10. Hope to come back soon. ”

“This place was super peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend staying here! Only issue we had was the ceiling fan was super loud so we had to shut it off in the middle of the night, and the loft tv remote was wonky and didn’t want to work correctly for us. All minor things. The view was amazing! We would stay here again if we make it to the area in the future! Excellent hosts, the place was very well equipped with everything you would need! ”

“Property was extremely clean which is a big thing for me. Home decor was also very nice. It was so helpful having a washer/dryer and kitchen. We used both things a lot. We would have liked some more things supplied in the kitchen such as Saran Wrap/foil or baggies. Also no spices or condiments in fridge. If u are planning on using the kitchen, make sure to bring/buy your own for the stay. We had issues checking into the property as the screen door was locked so we could not access the front……

“The house was perfect for our family and friends attending daughter’s college graduation! From the moment we entered the house it felt like home. The host was attentive and quick to respond with a little clogged up drain issue. Sent a plumber immediately to take care of the problem. Really appreciated the quick response. Each room was appointed with up to date finishes. Wish the weather hadn’t been so cold we would of loved to hang outside in both outdoor seating areas.”

James & Jae make it very easy to check in and strike the right balance of making sure your needs are met while also giving you space - it's easy to think you're alone on the lake. “The pictures do not do this justice! We would definitely come back . Loved the proximity to downtown area of Bentonville- bike or walk easily to restaurants, Crystal Bridges, and trails. We were 2 couples for 4 nights- each had the same size bedroom and en suite (one on ground floor and one on main floor). We all travel a lot and were blown away when we walked in. The place is light, bright, and very functional. When there we cooked, played games, read, and watched TV. We had decent basic……
