“Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.”

“Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station ”

“My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and could not have been more pleased. The rooms have been recently updated and the bathroom worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinners we ate were wonderful. Well prepared and ample portions. The entire place was very clean. The best part of the experience at the Conningbrook was the employees. All were very jovial and helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are staying in……

I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room……
