「Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.」

「Hotel is very close to Southern Cross Station and tram station. The 2-bedroom provides complete kitchen facility and washer/dryer which is very convenient for a family. The frontdesk is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.」

「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「Nice breakfast package and rooftop bar. Professional service and decent accommodation, should be amazing with river view. We were offered with drinks during waiting time of our room. Spacious and minimal room which is eco-friendly. Appreciate if extra chair and mirror are there. All in all, we have a comfort stay here and it’s definitely an accessible location to many places!」

「飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。」

「Very much enjoyed my time here. There are some refurb works happening which did not cause me any issues. I didn’t make use of the room service but they have breakfast delivery which is amazing. Staff were great. Would have extended if I had the money. 」
