“Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready.”

Have them come in earlier or later after beast checkout time. It was crazy this morning going to eat breakfast and then trying to check out. Every elevator had a cleaning crew, with a large basket, and guests had to wait a long time for a elevator.”
