「The check in was horrible because Vacasa didnt send my info to the property and when i called them they said I had to wait for a Supervusor to call me back, the Supervisor never called me back, The Islander had to call them. It was a very stressful process」

「Our stay was very nice. The only downside was all the construction. It was loud and some of the areas were blocked off. Would love to come back when it is no longer under construction. The staff were helpful and kind.」

「This place is great! It was perfect size for me and my husband! And the views from the balcony are great! The pics don’t do it justice! Everything was clean. It was a nice added touch to have toiletries in the shower. The bed was super comfy! I would stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to others! 」

「We have stayed at Jetty East in different units for multiple years now and this was by far the nicest one. As soon as we walked in we could smell that it was clean which is something very important to us with a baby that crawls around. It was decorated nicely with plenty of kitchenware to cook in which we did one night, and the bed…oh my gosh…we regret not checking what brand the mattress was because it was so comfortable.
