「This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!」

「The condo was amazing. It was clean and had many of the supplies that we needed for our stay. We did have to buy toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls when we got there, but we expected that. We enjoyed the fact that it was only a short walk from our condo to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The only complaint is that we could hear every footstep that the people in the condo above us took. When we were laying down to go to bed at night, we just constantly heard footsteps...

「We really enjoyed our first vacation in Emerald Isle! The Seas the Day unit was comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated, and equipped with necessary items. The location of the property, being a short walk to the beach and having two pools, was wonderful! We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from both the upper and lower decks - the weather all week was just perfect! 」

「There are not enough words to express our delightful experiences at this amazing home away from home. The location in proximity to the beach as well of all of the amenities was beyond expectations. In addition, the view of the ocean from the balcony provided an aurora of serenity. We will definitely cannot wait to return.」

「We were more than pleased with the condo. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I do wish check out was a little easier. Having to drop gate and parking passes off at the office was in the opposite direction of departing the island. It would have been nice to be able to drop passes off at the guard shack at the gate. Our condo was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The main pool was out of commission, but the water was too warm anyhow. The ocean temperature was perfect, and we...

「This is a fabulous spot! The listing does not do justice to the amazing ocean views from each floor. The beach is so close and there are unobstructed views from the decks and the sound of the waves at night. One of the cleanest properties I’ve been in. Not heavily used at all. Really lovely!」

「Great condo in an excellent location. It's on the first floor, but you do need to take stairs or elevator to get to it. Loved having easy access to the private beach and the two pools. Both pools were nice and never crowded. King-sized bed was very comfortable, but it takes up a lot of space in the bedroom. Luckily the living area has lots of space. Balcony has an assortment of chairs and a couple small tables, rather than the two lounge chairs in the photo. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Andrea’s beach house was perfect for our stay! The property is clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Communication with Andrea was quick and easy. We loved having three balconies to relax on, and the extra touches like beach wagons and chairs made our trips to the shore super convenient. Highly recommend this place for a North Carolina beach getaway!」
