    DESCRIPTION:
    Experience what Emerald Sunsets has to offer! This Oceanside Interior home is a few minutes walk or golf cart ride to the beach access and community pool. Guests can comfortably vacation in this classic, immaculately kept Emerald Isle beach house.

    The second floor of Emerald Sunsets is where all the action happens! It houses the kitchen, living room, and guest room with two double beds. The kitchen will surely excite the family's chef to prepare meals throughout their vacation. The living room is within earshot and offers two-story ceilings and furniture for all. There is a full hall bath on this level for added convenience. The large screened-in porch and easy access to the fenced-in backyard are just off the kitchen and dining room.

    As you head up the stairs to the 3rd level, you will find two vibrantly decorated guest suites, each with their own bathroom. The first to the right offers a queen bed, and down the hall is the King Suite. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens are laundered between guests.

    Emerald Sunsets is located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community. The beach access, golf cart parking and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court, about a half mile away. Enjoy the peace and serenity that can be yours in Emerald Isle while staying at Emerald Sunsets.

    Bring the family's four-footed members (DOGS only max of 2) for a $150 per dog per week non-refundable pet fee charged in addition to the rental amount.

This home is an absolute 10. Sometimes the online photos of a home are misrepresented; however, NOT in this case. The kitchen is well-stocked with just about everything you need. The spice cabinet was full, even though we brought our own and didn’t need them. :-) It has lots of dishes, drink ware, eating and cooking utensils etc. The rooms are neat and tidy and of current tasteful decor. What is most outstanding is the cleanliness of this home. I was super impressed and happy to see this when we arrived. I immediately felt comfortable. Those of you who are like me will appreciate this. I am a super finicky vacationer when it comes to the cleanliness and the updated decor of a home. So go ahead and book your stay at this home. It has all the creature comforts of your own home. You will have a wonderful beach vacation!!

The Emerald Sunset rental was just perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. The second floor outside porch facing the road was a comfy way to start and end your day in Emerald. The golf cart was very handy for traveling to the beach and back. No steps to climb on the beach access ramp. The kitchen had everything you would want except a gas stove( personal preference). Two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and one bed and bathroom on the main floor. We had enough room in the driveway to park two vehicles under the house. The House is well built. The garbage pickup was twice a week and recycling once a week. Easy code access for the gated community and rental. The bike trails along Coast Guard Road are wonderful where you can access ice cream, good food at Gaffer’s and cute beachwear. All and all we would rent this place again, but stay longer!
