Experience breathtaking ocean views and sunsets from this beautifully decorated, semi-oceanfront coastal home, just one lot back from the beach! Enjoy DIRECT BEACH ACCESS via a landscaped walkway. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a reverse floor plan, with an additional living room and full bath on the ground level. Sleeping arrangements include King • Queen • Queen • Queen (w/ Twin Trundle).

The home is well-equipped with 6 Smart TVs, WiFi, central air and heat, a mini-split on the ground level, ceiling fans throughout, a washer/dryer, and an extra refrigerator. Relax on the covered and open decks with Polywood furnishings, or freshen up in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The gas grill and beautifully landscaped yard are perfect for lawn games.

Conveniently located near all Emerald Isle attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) are provided with beds made.

Rental Details:
Typical turn day is Sunday to Sunday. Flexible stays allowed.

PERFECT

Usually do reviews with pros and cons, but everything was perfect. Exactly as expected. Location was phenomenal. Loved the convenience of the bench & hose and outdoor shower to remove sand after playing at the beach. No bugs at all, very well maintained, good mattresses, comfortable furniture. Only con is that middle shower wasn't very good. That's all I've got, folks! Highly recommend.

Nice beach vacation

The property location was very good, right across the street from the beach. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. I know they say each listing provides different supplies but instead of guessing it would be nice to see a list of paper good, cleaning products and seasonings.
