Oceanfront stunner in Emerald Isle

  • Top Notch East is a wonderfully furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (East side). Located just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This lovely home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with free wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.

    This spacious duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a large soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.

    A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up easy. There is an outdoor charcoal grill with picnic table seating.

    NOTE: THIS property will be dog friendly starting for bookings in the new year (1/1/2027 and onward). An additional pet fee of $150 for up to two dogs will be included for bookings. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful-well cared for. Great layout for family fun time. Even though it’s a duplex, it feels very private- we didn’t hear the neighbors at all. Fun note - we saw fireworks from the deck and it wasn’t even the 4th of July! So beautiful.

This is a great property on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach. The host was responsive and the house was very clean. I would recommend bringing some extra towels if anyone in your party uses more than one because they provide one towel per person and we had a few folks that wished they had more. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this rental house. The owner was quick to respond with my questions. Once inside the house, all the directions were easy to follow. We found the labeling of everything from dishes, cabinets, and light switches very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn't ask for a better vacation.

We’ve stayed here several times and we love the location, easy direct beach access and space. Host is always accommodating and even allowed us to check in 2hrs early so our kids could nap upon arrival.

We planned this trip for a year and a half and booked the property 8 months ago. It was perfect for our extended family of 9 and a great beach vacation! Well appointed kitchen, great decks, and perfect beach access.
