* Landscaping and pest service personnel are employed to provide for the benefit of our travelers. Please allow their access to the exterior of the house to complete their scheduled work.
* Smoking are NOT permitted at this townhome
* Following your check out the property will be cleaned and inspected for damages, excessive wear & tear or extra cleaning/laundry.
* If extra charges are incurred with our cleaning and maintenance team, for extra cleaning, moving of furniture or damages; these will be charged to you. *Pets are welcomed! We allow 2 dogs under 50lbs each. Pet fee is $150 for the stay
