「This is a newly opened hotel for less than two months, and the location is excellent. All the beautiful (Bursa Ulu Camii)and best shopping (Bursa Grand Bazaar) places in Bursa are within a few minutes of walking, and the subway (Metro) station is just 1 min walk including turning a corner. 「The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all. 」

「There was no aircon in my room. I only stayed for a few hours to shower and nap while on a long layover. The area for parking is a nightmare. But looks like all of Bursa is. I guess the “free valet” means someone else will go park your car so you don’t have to deal with the nightmare. It’s a difficult place to find if you are a tourist driving on your own. I’m happy I was not staying for the night. 」

「Well, I hate to leave a negative reviews. The building itself was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. But, the main issue is, the non smoking room was subject to cigarette smoke infiltration. The surrounding rooms were also non-smoking. I am not sure where the cigarette smoke was coming from. Also, the AQI in Bursa that weekend was over 150. So there was no escape from bad air for me. Consequently, I became ill. It's a shame, because...

「Not expensive. Not bad. Area is not great but close to Kent shopping centre and transport.」

「Room 104, quiet, clean. No shower door so when you take a shower the tiled floor gets wet and very, very slippery. Bed is comfy, pillows are soft. Tiny sink had a leak but was quickly repaired by staff. Morning buffet breakfast had very good selection and excellent roof top view. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. I would stay again. 」
