We had a great stay. The house was clean, well stocked and best of all the location was perfect for walking to the beach and the main downtown Encinitas area. Would definitely stay again with my family!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, updated house in the perfect location for an Encinitas vacation. The house is basically a block away from the beach in one direction and a block away from the main Encinitas street with all the restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and bars in the other. I would definitely stay in this house again for future stays in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this property. A great location in Encinitas within walking of everything except a grocery store. The house was clean and included all of the amenities needed in a rental. I think the owner is new to renting this house a few things were missing; garbage bags and paper towels for an example. Overall, a great house.

Suggestions: need upgrade on outside furniture and suggest outside table and L shaped couch in LR. Not enough seating to entertain with such a wonderful location. Need to have supplies available like chairs, umbrella and boogy boards but they brought right away on request.
