From the first interactions before arrival, they were always very prompt in responding to my messages, to the warm welcome upon arrival and the impeccably clean rooms, we were very happy to have stayed here! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the train station and major attractions. Ursula made our breakfast experience each morning so pleasant and memorable. "Was right on the lake views from the room were amazing. Hotel is rustic but the views cant be beat. Easy to walk to town and train with lake as the background. Don't miss out on lakeview rooms. Restaurant was good with great staff and capitalize on the view. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious "

"Overall the hotel is good. Friendly staff and very helpful. Daniel & Marina were professional and super awesome. No restaurants close by. Maybe they were closed as it is not the season for skiers in April. The biggest drawback is there is no proper electrical outlets. They have a couple in odd places and it’s not convenient to charge laptops, iPhones, ipads etc. make sure to have an extension wire and proper Swiss adapters. They do not have electric kettles in rooms nor encourage you to have one due to fire risk. Take a flask and fill hot water from the coffee shop. "
