「I'm sure this is probably one of the best hotels around the airport, but my experience wasn't that great. I called and was told check in was 3:00. I got there at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready. I had to wait until 4:00. At 11:00 pm. The power went out and they don't have any back up power. There was no communication about what was going on. And there was nobody at the front desk during the power outage. Also, there were no emergency lights in the stair well. 「Neither of the tvs worked in the room. When notifying the front desk agent she advised I unplug them and see if the channels would change. It didn’t!! Then the door did not shut all the way very unhappy about that safety concern. The room smelled like a Olnadra mop」

「I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. 「They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. 「We had joining rooms upstairs. We could not walk to the bathroom with out the desk calling our room. because the people below was was complaining about the stomping. We were in bed going to sleep lights out rooms dark and got a knock on our door. The deck clerk saying the downstairs people will not stop complaining. I opened the door all the way and showed the guy clerk we were in bed. Not stomping. I paid for my room with out being able to be comfortable. We had to tiptoe to the bathroom....
