Vacay on the Beach !

Complete renovation in Nov 2022! Beautiful and well-appointed condo in Sunburst Condo Complex on Manasota Key. Relax on the dock by the Intercoastal or lounge on the sand by the Gulf shore. The beach near the condo is away from populated areas so you can enjoy it without all the crowds. Lounge in the pool or swim in the ocean - you choose. The condo has everything you will need for a great stay; just bring clothes and a toothbrush. Life is short -- live it by the beach!

POST HURRICANE HELENE & MILTON UPDATE:
The condo was not damaged in either hurricane, but the Association grounds and buildings were. The hurricanes brought 4' to 5' surges, leaving a deep layer of sand, especially on the Gulf side. The pool was completely submerged, and the wooden decking floated off the foundation. In addition, the boardwalk and wooden decks on the Gulf side remain buried under several feet of sand and sections of vinyl siding were blown off most buildings. Much recovery work has been done; for example, the pool was repaired and is now open. All air conditioning units have been replaced since they were all submerged. However, there are still noticeable unfinished projects that will be completed soon. One thing remains: the beach is beautiful, and the sunsets are spectacular!

All of the above! The wonderful location on Manasota Key and its slower pace as compared to other resort locations on the Florida coast. Jim the Host was great and easy to talk to.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Jim was made sure we had all of the information for the condo before we arrived and then sent a message during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is amazing with access to the beach and the bay. We also liked being able to walk to places to eat/shop.

we love being so close to the beach and perfect weather. We had chairs and beach umbrella was available for our use. Everything we needed was available, laundry facility are available and it very clean, 2 to wash and 2 to dry, must use a credit card, very convenient. The property is kept up, there is a new grill, we cooked red snapper, courtesy of an owner who was in her condo with her mom for Thanksgiving. If I was going to complain it would be that they didn't have a Keurig(personal preference) but they did have a coffee maker.

Great location with everything we needed!

Condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The ocean was so close and easy to get to and the pool on the other side was easy to access, too (heads up to families: there are no bathrooms immediately at the pool, but the condo was close enough for our needs). On the beach side, there’s a community deck with tables/chairs/umbrellas for beachfront coffee and meals. The condo provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, and even a beach wagon - so everything we needed for a fun week. Plus, we found tons of sharks teeth and other fossils (turtle shell, bone fragments) on morning beach walks in addition to some pretty awesome shells.

Beach stay

We had a great stay on Manasota Key! I think this condo sleeps two adults very comfortably. Any more than that is a stretch. It was clean and stocked well. You can’t beat the location! We had many beautiful sunsets on the beach and relaxing drinks at lock and key! We love this area of Florida!

Beautiful Island getaway

This was my first time in Manasota Island. The condo was exactly as expected. We traveled with our two children age 9 and 11. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. The condo was pretty much new, the kitchen and bathrooms clean. The pool was on the bay side of the condo complex, and was quiet and peaceful. Jim was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful stay on Manasota!

My husband and two sons (12 + 14) had a great week...communication and check in was smooth and easy throughout our trip, and we loved the location. A two minute walk to the beach! It was cozy for the 4 of us, but met all of our needs...we spent most of our time at the beach or pool anyway!

Nice location. Close to everything.

My family and I enjoyed our week long stay. There were 3 of us, and the condo provided enough space for us all. It was well stocked with consumables and was close enough to town for a quick run to Publix for groceries. Though we come mainly for the beach and enjoying the long walks along the shore, it is located close to several local restaurants and a public park which provides a play area for children. It is between Stump Pass and Blind Pass with easy access to each, if you're interested in combing the surf for shark teeth. The boardwalk to the beach is nice, and there is a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the sun and waves. We also walked across to the dock and saw several different kinds of birds. It was a fantastic getaway, and we very much enjoyed the convenience of all the area had to offer. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories!!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 5 nights and we had so much fun! The beach was not crowded and my kiddos found around 100 shark teeth right infront of the property. The property was clean and quiet, so we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo on Beautiful Beach

Check in was seamless, the condo was immaculate and more than enough space for a much larger group than the 2 of us. Loved the setup including easy few steps to the beach and a wash station right off the walkway. Condo has everything we needed included plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Communication was fantastic. Thanks so much for a relaxing retreat!
